The 64-page, richly illustrated catalogue, documents Makiko Kudo’s solo exhibition “Like When We See a Flower Bloom and Realise It was There All Along” held at Hiratsuka Museum of Art in Kanagawa, Japan (July 9 – September 11, 2022). It features a text by Kenjiro Hosaka (Director of Shiga Museum of Art), thoroughly exploring Kudo’s works from the earliest days of her artistic career up until the present with everything complemented by full-color images.
