Shuta Hasunuma and Tam Ochiai will orchestrate a piece conceived of as a ‘local satellite’ performance in which selected participants will transmit signals to the gallery space while walking there from different locations, guided by a map made by Ochiai and Hasunuma. As the participants walk, the sounds they produce and record from their environment will be transmitted to the gallery space and become a part of the music created by Ochiai and Hasunuma. The performance will explore the idea of satellite within a restricted area.
